Join Portland’s Most Inspiring Community for Women Entrepreneurs

Not a member (yet)? You’re welcome to join us! Grab your ticket to the next Portland Oregon Women Entrepreneur Roundtable (POWER) event and experience the magic for yourself.

Every month, a passionate group of women entrepreneurs gather in Portland to share ideas, grow businesses, and build genuine connections. No awkward networking. No transactional vibes. Just heart-centered collaboration, inspiration, and support.

What You'll Experience

Trying a new networking event can feel intimidating—we get it. That’s why we want you to know exactly what you’re signing up for when you join us at POWER. While we keep things fresh month to month, here’s the general flow of the evening so you’ll feel right at home:

4:30 PM – Arrivals
Grab a snack, say a few hellos, and ease into the room. You’ll be surprised—sometimes by 5:00, you’ve already made a friend.

5:00 PM – Welcome + Introductions
Our facilitator will open the event, then a representative from Rose Haven (our host space) will share a quick welcome. After that comes one of our favorite parts: once around the room.

Every attendee gets 30 seconds to introduce themselves and their business. (not a requirement if you're feeling shy)

Vendors + speakers get 60 seconds.
This is your chance to hear what everyone does (and take notes on who you want to connect with later).

Shout Outs + Connection
Want to make sure you don’t miss someone? During shout outs, you can literally call across the room: “Hey, I’d love to connect with you, Dawn from Courage to Answer!”

Learning Time
Each month includes a growth-focused portion—sometimes an inspiring speaker, sometimes a hands-on workshop. (And once you’ve attended, you’re eligible to apply for a future speaker spot!)

Mingling + Deeper Connections
By the end of the evening, you’ll feel like you know the room. This is when the magic happens—making plans for coffee dates, swapping resources, and finding ways to support each other’s businesses.

[Behind the Scenes]
Our amazing volunteers set up at 4:00 and stay until 8:00 to close us out—so you can just show up, connect, and soak in the community.
